Welcome to WeSave (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Shared Account Responsibility

WeSave is designed for collaborative use between partners. By inviting another person to join your shared space, you acknowledge and accept that both parties may view and manage shared goals, assets, and related financial data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Financial Disclaimer

WeSave is provided for tracking, informational, and organizational purposes only. We are not a bank, broker, financial advisor, or investment service.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

WeSave may offer subscription plans and optional in-app purchases, including recurring and lifetime access options.

4. Data & Third-Party Services

To provide certain features, WeSave may rely on third-party services and data providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data.

WeSave does not store sensitive authentication credentials such as bank usernames or passwords.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeSave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of the App, including data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or market fluctuations.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
